Cancellation

We look forward to welcoming you to Aldridge Lodge.  Please read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to making any reservation with us.

Terms and conditions:

We offer a €40 Dinner menu only.

In the event that the booking is not honored in whole or part, or is cancelled by you with less than 48 hours notice (for the restaurant) a cancellation fee of €40 per person will be applied.

To help us provide the best possible dining experience any and all allergies/intolerances MUST be notified when you are booking. Menu’s can be made in advance for gluten, coeliac, vegetarians, dairy and vegan diets.

As we are a small restaurant we do not allow children under the age of 10. Any children over this age are allowed to dine with us but they must participate in our €40 Dinner menu.

All tables of 4 or more require a credit card number to make and secure the booking; also a 10% service charge applies to all tables of 6 or more.

Waiting list:

Should we not have availability on your desired date, you can go on the waiting list for this date, and should a cancellation arise we will be in touch. By being on the waiting list this, unfortunately, doesn’t guarantee you a table or room.

Room reservations:

To make a room reservation we do require a credit card pre-authorization of €50 per room reserved, which upon cancellation is strictly non-transferable or refundable.

For a room cancellation, we do require a minimum of 48 hours notice otherwise the full rate will be taken from the card supplied
